Glorious times that tickle one's senses, bringing forth prized garden delights, handmade yeast breads, the smell of pies cooling on the window sill, the sight of freshly washed linens flapping in the summer breeze, the sound of giggling children as they whip past pedaling their bicycles while dogs bark at their heels! (And don't forget those delicious after church Sunday dinners, shared by all, with bible readings that followed!!)
