The entry mudroom houses a full sized washer and dryer, making it extra convenient for laundering wet towels and bathing suits on your way through. The main floor consists of a Great Room combining the kitchen, dining and living room areas together. There's a connecting bathroom between the kitchen and the main floor bedroom. Two additional bedrooms on the upper level also boast a connecting bathroom. The Master Suite features a "bonus" area housing a full/double sized futon for additional sleeping space or quiet retreat for reading!! The over-sized patio doors empty out from the living room onto the outside front deck- FABULOUS for picnicking and SIZZLING summer barbecues! Delightful, sensible layout and an extremely comfortable home! The dock and the beach are located just a short walk away! Nestled within a cove on the East side of Friends Lake, there's plenty of space for play and a variety of non-motor boats leading the way to outdoor fun and fantastic fishing capabilities!! P.S. Don't forget to watch the sun as it melts behind the scenes directly across from the shore!
