Take advantage of the separate dining area available in the enclosed screened porch (It faces directly towards the lake). Use it all day and night no matter what the weather!! •

Two bedrooms plus a loft bedroom consisting of one bunk bed with two twin/single sized mattresses and an additional single/twin sized mattress/bed •

The enclosed loft bedroom has a full/double sized futon •
Pillows and blankets are provided as part of the rental •
Tenants are to supply their own sheets and towels •
Washer, dryer, iron and ironing board

The enclosed porch acts as additional living space. It's the perfect spot to read the paper and sip your morning coffee, skim through magazines, scrapbook or do fun family activities including friendly game challenges playing Uno, Scrabble, Monopoly or cards •
You ARE ABSOLUTELY GOING TO LOVE the LAKESIDE DECK!! •
WARNING: You'll notice that the lake side deck does not have any railing or sides attached. This is intentional... without them you will be able to soak in the glorious splendor surrounding you- nature, lake and mountain views BUT, regardless of how tempting it may be, please, please DON'T WALK ON THE WATER (LOL)!!!! •
