• Great Room with lake views • Quaint efficient kitchen with a full sized refrigerator and stove • Limited, but certainly an adequate amount of cooking, eating and drinking supplies/utensils are provided • NOTE: This simply means if there is something that you use most of the time at home, but think you cannot live without while here on vacation, then by all means, BRING IT WITH YOU!! • Microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker • Snack tables for additional dining capabilities • Two full/double sized futons are housed in the Great Room • Cable TV with combination VCR/DVD player • Telephone, radio and portable CD player • Three bedrooms on the upper level consists of the Master bedroom with its own private balcony overlooking the lake featuring a queen sized bed. The other two bedrooms each house a double/full sized bed • Pillows and blankets are provided by the owner • Tenants are to bring their own linens • Iron and ironing board • Telescope provided to watch the night skies filled with silvery stars •		• Direct Brant Lake frontage on the East Shore shared with only one other family • Sliding doors from the Great Room empty out onto the wrap around deck • Weber gas grill • Picnic table • Adirondack chairs • Patio set • Small sandy beach (depends on the water level of the lake)with portable fire pit • Watch the sun set in an orange glow as it melts over the lake and mountains • Eastern exposure for longer afternoon sunshine • Canoe or kayak can be provided UPON REQUEST (Life vests must be used with canoe or kayak) • You may pull the boats up onto the beach as there isn't any docking available • Absolutely no pets allowed • Absolutely no smoking permitted
