Tucked between the pines on a private corner lot sits this "suprisingly bigger than you would ever think" Adirondack country cabin!! Nicely laid out interior with two main floor levels and a finished basement! Included is a wonderful screen enclosed back porch situated just off othe eat-in kitchen. It serves as extra living space for all types of activities regardless of the time of day, night or the weather!! A small yard surrounds the cabin. It's located off of a side road in a quiet subdivision of homes with deeded rights to the highly sought after Friends Lake! Just a 5 minute or so walk to the vast shared sandy Association beach area at the bottom of a hill on a lightly used (little traffic) dirt road!! If you plan to carry a lot, drive your car down and park in the lot so you can truly enjoy your day of fun in the sun!!! This ECONOMICAL and comfortable rental home is looking for someone to come and begin making special vacation memories that will last throughout their lifetime!!!

• Eat-in country kitchen with stone fireplace • Refrigerator and electric stove/oven • Microwave, toaster, toaster oven, hand mixer, blender and coffee maker • Limited, but certainly an adequate amount of eating, drinking and cooking utensils/supplies are provided • NOTE: This simply means if there is something that you use most of the time at home, but think you cannot live without while here on vacation, then by all means, BRING IT WITH YOU!! • Additional dining area on the screen enclosed porch as well!! This also serves as the perfect location for late night snacking, midnight card games, puzzle assembling, early morning coffee while gazing over the paper and numerous activities where enclosed areas are best regardless of the weather!!! • Oversized sunken living room with 2 couches, loveseat and chairs • TV, VCR, DVD player, telephone for local calling only and a radio • Wood stove • Board games available		• A total of three bedrooms featuring two bedrooms on the main floor and one in the finished basement • The Master bedroom has a queen sized mattress • The second main floor bedroom has a bunk bed set with two twin sized mattresses • The basement bedroom boasts a king sized bed a twin sized pull out couch • Pillows and blankets are provided as part of the rental house offerings • Tenants are to bring their own linens • There is one full sized bathroom with a tub, shower and toilet • Rights to a vast shared sandy Association beach area • There's a fire pit at the lake front area for use • Picnic table • Hammock • Small charcoal grill • No smoking permitted • Pets are permitted for an extra $100 fee per week per pet (You must indicate this when booking this rental)
